Cancelling your membership is easy. This article covers how to cancel your iCanStudy membership.

Cancelling vs. changing billing

If you would like to change your membership duration (e.g. change from yearly to 4-monthly), you can do so without cancelling.

Simply log in and navigate to your account settings. Click the button to update your billing schedule, and your changes will take effect from your immediate next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my paid membership?

To cancel your membership, simply email help@icanstudy.com mentioning “I would like to cancel my iCanStudy membership” within 14 days of your membership renewing.

We will process your cancellation and let you know once it is complete. We aim to complete this within 1 to 3 business days during our business hours, Mon-Fri 9-5PM AEDT.

If your membership renews before you were able to cancel your membership, we allow for a 7-day grace period. If you request a refund after 7 days from your renewal, we will not be able to process a refund.

What happens after I cancel?

If you cancel your membership, this will mean you will continue to have access to the program until your current membership cycle finishes.

Cancelling your membership before its current cycle finishes does not mean you will receive a refund based on the pro-rata rate of the remaining days you have in your current cycle.

How do I cancel my Guest Pass?

To cancel your Guest Pass, simply email help@icanstudy.com and mention: “I would like to cancel my iCanStudy Guest Pass” within the 30-day Guest Pass period.

Once cancelled, you will not be automatically billed for a subscription when your 30-day trial finishes. If you do not cancel within the 30-day Guest Pass period, you will be charged automatically.

If you cancel, your account and progress remain saved. This means that if you decide to rejoin later, you can pick up right where you left off.

If you requested cancellation within 7 days after your guest pass has expired, we will refund your subscription. However, please note that transaction fees of approximately 2% (charged by our payment processor) can apply.
