You are eligible for a full refund on the 4-monthly or annual memberships. The monthly option is not eligible for refunds.
Refunds can be claimed within the first 30 days if you are not happy with your program experience, as long as the following conditions have been met:
You've actually given the program a reasonable attempt (evidenced by completing just 5 lessons within the first 30 days, which is approximately 3 hours of work).
You've followed the explicit and clear guidelines and instructions throughout the program to a reasonable degree.
As long as you follow the guidelines and actually do the program (even a little), you are eligible for a refund. Please reach out to email@example.com to process a refund.
Refunds are not eligible for those that violate our terms and conditions, which include:
Clearly deviating from the explicit guidelines on how to use the program, or ignoring our advice and instructions
Memberships being terminated for gross violation of our community behavioural guidelines (such as repetitive disrespect, rudeness, bullying, or abuse despite warnings)
Not even trying to use the program
