You can change your iCanStudy subscription at any time, however, the changes are only applied at the end of your current subscription cycle.
Go to: https://icanstudy.com/my-account/subscriptions/#details
Please note that you have to be logged into your account to see your details.
Click View to see your subscription details.
If you do not see "View", please click on "go to membership options".
Under Subscription totals, please click on Switch Subscription
Choose the desired billing period, then select Switch Subscription
A plan upgrade or downgrade does NOT take into effect immediately. Since iCanStudy is a prepaid service, your current subscription remains the same until the end of your cycle shown as Next payment date. The upgraded/downgraded subscription will only commence at this date.
For example, if you are on the monthly subscription with:
Start date: January 15, 2022
Last order date: January 15, 2022
Next Payment Date: Febrary 15, 2022.
You upgrade on January 26, 2022 to the 4-monthly. No payments will be made on this day. The above will show exactly the same dates as you have prepaid for those dates. Your subscription will show that you have changed to the 4-monthly.
When February 15, 2022 arrives, you will be charged the 4-monthly price and the dates will change:
Start date: January 15, 2022
Last order date: Febrary 15, 2022
Next Payment Date: June 15, 2022.
