Our support features

Although we do not host ads or track data for third-party advertisers, certain ad blockers can negatively impact some features on our website.

This is because our website uses JavaScript to pass learner details to our support staff, which gives them useful information to help you more effectively. This information includes:

  • Your learner ID and membership email

  • Your progression and stage through the program

We also have support and enhancement features that can be flagged as "pop-ups" by some ad blockers (when set to strict/aggressive blocking modes). These features include:

  • Chat features to talk to our support and coaching staff

  • Interactive feature tours and tutorials to help you navigate our website

  • Notifications and news about program or website changes relevant to your membership

We respect your privacy and data autonomy. Therefore, the core website and program are fully functional even with these features disabled. However, to ensure the best experience, guidance, and access to support, we recommend disabling ad blockers on our website.

Your data privacy and confidentiality are important to us. For more information about how we handle your data, please refer to our privacy policy.
