Unable to progress through the program

Can't move on to the next lesson or stage? Here are the common reasons why, and how you can fix it.

"Finished, next" button is not clickable

Most often, this is because not all the tasks on the page were completed. Please make sure that any checkboxes are ticked (and the associated activities should be completed as well!)

Unable to access the next stage

If you're not able to move to the next stage, especially at the Fundamentals 2 stage, this may be because you haven't completed the Catalyst session and submitted your form.

You will know if your form was submitted if you received an email confirmation with the PDF attached. If you didn't receive an email, please submit the form again.

If you did submit the form, click the resync button on the top left of your student dashboard.

Too many redirects error

This commonly happens if there is a conflicting cookie or cache on your device.

Please test if you still have the problem on a private or incognito browser. If it works, then please clear your cookies and cache and you should be able to progress on a normal browser window as well.
